Prices 

Prices are per week with a Saturday changeover. Payment is available either by cheque, bank transfer or by most credit cards via PayPal. Please check availability by E-mail, fax or phone before paying. Full payment of the rental and breakage deposit is required at the time of booking when using your credit card and the transaction will be in Euros. If paying by cheque then please see the conditions of booking. Please enquire about other changeovers and durations in Mid and Low Season.

To pay by credit card please let us know at the time of booking and we shall send you a secure PayPal transaction.

Included in the above prices is use of the g๎te and facilities as described, garden, and pool maintenance, gas ,water, and electricity. A welcome pack. 

Excluded from above prices- travel insurance, heating. Breakage deposit (400€) from which any damage or breakages are deductible (if applicable) before refunded to you.

Excluded cleaning (100€) if it is deemed necessary by the owners.
