Le NYD is a delightful farmhouse, situated in the small, tranquil hamlet of Maunac near Grand-Brassac, in the Périgord Vert adjacent to the beautiful Parc Naturel Régional Périgord Limousin. The house has been lovingly restored and retains many of its original features with wooden beams and stone walls throughout.
From the swimming-pool you have spectacular views over the surrounding countryside of fields and woodlands.
The rooms are light, airy, comfortable, attractively furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

First floor :
A spacious kitchen/dinning room with fitted units, gas hob, electric oven, dish washer, fridge and a microwave.
French doors open out onto a large decked area overlooking the 10m x 5m private swimming pool and garden.
There is a cosy sitting room with satellite television and CD player and a delightful double bedroom (king size) with en suite shower, wash hand basin and a separate WC.
Stairs from the dinning room area lead down to the ground floor, which consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom sleeping four in a double bed and a bunk bed, with French doors opening out on to the terrace and garden.
There is also a bathroom with bath, two wash hand basins and separate WC.
The large garden has table tennis to keep children amused, two barbeques and plenty of garden furniture for long leisurely meals.
